Refund & Cancellation
Last updated: 2025-11-01
1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for Retol loyalty support packages and related program support services. Website-listed prices are informational; binding terms appear in your invoice or statement of work.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts with consumers under Korean law, you may cancel within seven days of receiving contract documents if services have not begun. B2B engagements follow the commercial terms in your signed agreement.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
If Retol has not commenced substantive work, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. After kickoff, refunds are proportional to undelivered milestones documented in the statement of work.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs already incurred (travel booked, print proofs ordered, subcontractor deposits), completed field visits, and delivered templates are non-refundable. Rush fees are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed.
5. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel with written notice. Work performed through the cancellation date is invoiced. Scheduled sessions within 48 hours may incur a cancellation charge as stated in your agreement.
6. Process and Timing
Email [email protected] with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Consumer Rights in Korea
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations. For disputes, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency or seek resolution in Daegu courts as applicable.
